Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to request a return without giving any reason.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
- Items in limited drops marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
How to request a return
Email help@clubanimal.shop within 14 days from delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with the return instructions.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days from delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and a replacement or refund.
